The platform targets companies building custom large language models and vertical AI agents, and emphasizes a hybrid multi-cloud approach using spot instances to reduce GPU expenses by up to 80%. VESSL offers four main features: VESSL Run, VESSL Serve, VESSL Pipelines, and VESSL Cluster. The company has over 2,000 users and 50 enterprise customers, including Hyundai, LIG Nex1, TMAP Mobility, Yanolja, Upstage, ScatterLab and Wrtn.ai. It has strategic partnerships with Oracle and Google Cloud in the U.S. and operates with about 35 staff across South Korea and a San Mateo office. The startup was founded in 2020 and will use the new funding to accelerate development of its infrastructure.
