It enables businesses to check SLA adherence and carry out root-cause analysis when service issues occur. The company says the new funding will allow it to expand the Service Monitoring platform. Company leaders framed the investment as helping DevicePilot reach the next level as connected-product companies require real-time oversight. After the latest injection, DevicePilot has secured more than £3 million in total investment. DevicePilot is an IoT analytics platform offered as SaaS and designed to work across verticals. Its product emphasizes zero-code integrations with leading device manufacturers, cloud IoT services (AWS, Azure, Google) and business platforms like Zendesk, Salesforce, and Slack. The solution can be installed via sensors in a maximum of 15 minutes, targeting non-technical users and rapid deployment. Founder Pilgrim Beart, who previously built Hive (sold to British Gas for $100 million) and Antenova, is leading the company. DevicePilot recently secured $19 million in fresh funding to expand the platform.
