Latitude already serves customers such as content creator platform Zencastr. The company is currently in a testing phase and monetizes transactions through fees. Its team comprises 11 employees. Latitude completed an $8 million funding round led by NEA, with participation from Lightspeed Faction, Coinbase, Paxos, and the Solana Foundation.

New board members also include renowned economist Dr. Arthur Laffer and RockawayX CEO Viktor Fischer. With a dual stock listing in the works and substantial new capital, Solmate intends to position itself as a key enabler of the UAE’s digital-transformation agenda within the Solana ecosystem.

Over time the company plans to expand to 24/7 global access across CeFi and DeFi markets, add settlement across regulated stablecoins and ecosystems, and integrate TrueX, a high-performance centralized exchange for deeper liquidity and qualified custody. The company was founded by Coinbase, Circle, and Goldman Sachs veterans Vishal Gupta and Patrick McCreary. Financially, True Markets announced an $11 million Series A that brings total funding to $20 million. True Markets is a cryptocurrency platform that provides markets and liquidity-as-a-service globally through trading technology. Beamable plans to develop and scale its Network, a decentralized physical infrastructure network (DePIN) intended to redefine how backend infrastructure for games is built and operated. It raised $13.5M in Series A financing to fund development and scaling of the Network. The company is based in Boston, MA. Beamable provides a Software-as-a-Service platform that helps game makers continuously operate, update, monetize and socialize their games. The platform is integrated with the Unity 3D engine, enabling developers to focus on creativity and differentiation. Led by CEO Jon Radoff, the company has signed up over 100 game studios since last year. Over 20 million users have accessed games built on Beamable, resulting in $150M in revenue transacted through the platform. Beamable raised approximately $5M in an equity funding round and intends to use the proceeds to expand operations and its business reach. The company is based in Boston, MA. Disruptor Beam builds franchise-based mobile games, including Game of Thrones Ascent (2013) and Star Trek Timelines. RD InnoTech, part of the group, was admitted to the Hong Kong Monetary Authority's stablecoin issuer sandbox in July 2024 and intends to launch HKDR subject to regulatory requirements. RD Technologies emphasizes its ties to Web3 infrastructure partners and stakeholders to support product rollout and regulatory compliance. The company raised financing to continue building its platform and to contribute to the development of Hong Kong's Web3 ecosystem.
