    Global Gaming League is a Las Vegas-based gaming entertainment and media company that operates a multi-title competitive league with celebrity-owned teams. Each team consists of four players and combines high-profile influencers, actors, athletes, artists, casual and professional gamers to compete in live events. The league features competitions across first-person shooters, sports titles, fighting games, the latest releases and retro favorites. Led by CEO and founder Clinton Sparks, the company has announced initial team owners including T-Pain, Bryce Hall, Flavor Flav and Ric Flair and said it will reveal more owners in the coming weeks. On April 9, 2025, GGL raised $10M in funding led by Solyco Capital. The company intends to use the proceeds to expand operations and support its development efforts.

The company’s systems deliver hands-free hydration and incorporate a proprietary sweat-loss algorithm to optimize water intake for peak performance. FluidLogic serves motorsports and military customers and is developing consumer products for adventure sports and outdoor endurance, with consumer products slated to be available in early 2025. The company plans to expand R&D, sales and marketing, and operations, and to improve the accuracy and reliability of its sweat-loss algorithm across consumer applications. FluidLogic has military partnerships, including a $1.9M Tactical Funds Increase (TACFI) from the U.S. Air Force and an earlier $750,000 Department of Defense contract in 2022. Founded in 2016, FluidLogic is headquartered in El Segundo, California, and reports that its valuation has risen 1,000% since Solyco’s original 2021 investment.

    Toralgen develops a poly-bile nanoparticle platform designed to enable oral delivery of biologics in a single, simple-to-fabricate “nanopill.” The platform aims to eliminate common challenges of oral drug delivery while localizing agents to potentially improve efficacy and safety. Toralgen currently has two candidates in preclinical testing for oral delivery of diabetes agents and is also studying treatments for autoimmune disorders. The company was accepted into the FDA’s Emerging Technology Program, enabling more regular dialogue with the agency as it advances the platform. Toralgen will use the proceeds from its recent financing to further development of the nanoparticle platform and to advance industry partnerships. The company emphasizes strong preclinical data and a growing team as drivers of its near-term plans.
