Founded in 2015, Minnesota Medical Technologies Corporation focuses on continence-care solutions for the millions suffering from fecal incontinence. Its flagship product, StaySure™, is a clinically validated, single-use insert that offers a discreet alternative to adult diapers and invasive surgeries. Developed in collaboration with Mayo Clinic gastroenterologist Dr. Adil Bharucha, the device received FDA clearance in July 2025 after a successful Mayo Clinic clinical trial. The company operates its own medical-device manufacturing facility and is now preparing for full U.S. commercial launch. Proceeds from its recent financing will fund market entry, expand sales and marketing teams, bolster physician and patient education, and strengthen the balance sheet through debt reduction. Management includes veterans from Rochester Medical Corporation, which was sold for $262 million to CR Bard, giving the company seasoned leadership and commercialization experience.
