Kando develops a hardware-software solution consisting of an on-site box and a platform that links facility clinical software (like electronic care records and nurse call systems) to devices installed where patients live. The box enables vocal recording of care activities and displays patient information on a screen to help prioritize interventions and reduce administrative burden. The company has already won a public contract in Malmedy and partnered with Deloitte Digital for the hospital market. With the recent €2.3 million raise, Kando plans to expand across France and accelerate development for home-care use, targeting 15,000 patients at home within two years. It also aims to reach over 500 nursing homes and 75,000 caregiver users by 2028.
