The company operates a 130,000 ft² manufacturing campus in Santa Barbara, California, including a 30,000 ft² class 100 cleanroom, and is ISO 9001 certified and ITAR registered. Atomica serves applications across genomics, cell therapy, molecular diagnostics, 5G, IoT sensing, cloud computing, and autonomous vehicles. In November 2022 the company announced a $30 million Series C to expand foundry capabilities, advance MEMS technologies, and support domestic production of biochips, sensors, and photonic circuits. Investors in the round include Cerium Technology Ventures, Novo Tellus Capital Partners, and St. Cloud Capital.
