Vision Esports was launched by Stratton Sclavos, Rick Fox and Amit Raizada and consolidates multiple esports assets under one roof. The company has taken majority positions in EchoFox, incorporated Twin Galaxies and acquired Vision Entertainment to combine team, league and content operations. It closed a $38 million investment to fund those acquisitions and to build out its management team. Vision has hired executives from MGM Resorts, the UFC and Warner Brothers Interactive as part of that build‑out. The group is using its consolidated assets to roll out a battle‑royale league and related livestreamed content. Leadership has framed the strategy as capturing revenue across teams, leagues and content, noting leagues can be materially more profitable than teams.
