The system works in more than 135 languages, requires no app downloads or corporate email accounts, and has already enabled over 10 million frontline employee connections. Thousands of HR professionals, communications leaders and executives rely on the platform for real-time analytics that improve engagement, retention, productivity and safety. By turning everyday texts into actionable insights, Yourco aims to close the visibility gap that has historically plagued deskless teams. The recently raised capital will be used to accelerate product development and meet growing enterprise demand.
