Kavak operates a tech-enabled marketplace that couples vehicle inspection, reconditioning, logistics, financing and post-sale support to bring trust and liquidity to Latin America’s historically informal used-car market. Its fintech arm has originated more than $1 billion in customer loans since launch and, in Q4 2025, reached an annualized run rate of roughly $600 million with year-on-year growth nearing 100%. During 2025 the company completed nearly 120,000 transactions, a 40% increase over the prior year, and recorded its first full month of consolidated global profitability in December, buoyed by profitable operations in Mexico, Chile and the GCC. AI agents now handle the majority of customer interactions, and further workflow automation is planned for 2026. Beyond direct retail, Kavak’s ecosystem powers over 5,000 industry partners that tap its technology and infrastructure. The company’s mission centers on broadening access to car ownership, reducing fraud and enhancing trust throughout the vehicle lifecycle.

Jeff is a Valencia, Spain-based company that provides tech solutions enabling entrepreneurs to launch and manage businesses in service verticals such as massage studios, coffee shops, fitness clubs, beauty salons and coworking spaces. The company offers a monthly-fee product that includes business management tools: a marketing plan, a partnerships guide, an app for bookings, and consumer data insights. To date Jeff has served over 2,000 businesses in more than 40 countries across North America, Europe and emerging markets. Founded by Eloi Gómez, Jeff plans to use the new funding to grow its team and expand Jeff Capital, a business finance product that lends money to entrepreneurs in need of liquidity. The company recently raised €90M in a mix of equity and debt funding. Backers on the round included DX Ventures, Clean Ventures, Stelac, Prism, Nalpa and Alcor. Jeff was founded in 2015 by Eloi Gómez, Adrián Lorenzo and Rubén Muñoz in Valencia as a home laundry and dry-cleaning app. It has expanded its offering to allow aspiring micro-entrepreneurs to provide home-delivered laundry and dry cleaning, hairdressing, beauty, fitness and wellness services under the Jeff umbrella. The company provides a "business in a box" platform with business management, data intelligence, analytics and training tools to help people launch and run micro-services businesses under the Jeff brand. Jeff says it is present in 40 countries with over 2,300 stores sold. It raised $21 million in funding and will use the cash to expand to the US, opening its first office in New York City. The company expects the coronavirus pandemic to increase demand as more people seek extra or new income.
