  • Rowspace

    Participated · Seed · Feb 2026

Rowspace offers an AI system that links financial organizations’ memos, models, and legacy accounting data to generate real-time insights inside familiar tools such as Excel and Microsoft Teams. The platform is designed to be deployed within a customer’s own environment, safeguarding proprietary information while codifying institutional judgment for tasks like portfolio monitoring, credit optimization, and long-horizon deal analysis. Led by CEO Michael Manapat, former CTO of Notion, and COO Yibo Ling, a two-time CFO, the company operates out of San Francisco and New York. Rowspace claims to already serve institutions overseeing nearly a trillion dollars in assets, demonstrating early traction among large asset managers. With fresh capital, the team plans to accelerate engineering and research hiring across both offices and deepen development of its finance-specific AI models. The company’s strategy centers on becoming the operating layer for institutional decision-making by embedding AI directly into existing workflows. Financially, it has secured $50 million across seed and Series A rounds to fund these ambitions.
