    Sendabox is a Milan, Italy-based online logistics platform that provides comparison and logistics solutions for consumers and businesses, integrating the logistic flow for medium and large clients in Italy and abroad. Its services assure same day and next day delivery, maintain a capillary network of pickup points across Italy, and integrate with 14 carriers offering domestic and international shipping. In 2022 the company created the DeliveryNow division and signed a deal enabling large e-commerce companies to deliver packages up to 20kg in several northern and central regions. The company intends to use the new funding to further develop its Same Day and Next Day delivery services and to advance the DeliveryNow network. Sendabox recently appointed Giovanni Galliani, former FedEx Managing Director Operations, as General Director. Financially, Sendabox completed a €5.25m Series A round composed of equity and new financing lines.

    Termo (formerly Termostore) provides a fully digital service platform for sustainable HVAC systems installation and maintenance for households. The platform allows customers to book qualified technicians and deduct environmental tax credits directly from the invoiced amount. In 2020 the company launched two new business lines leveraging management of Italian government environmental tax credits: home renovation and energy-efficiency contracting as a general contractor, and BPO services for financial institutions. Founded in 2014 in Fondi (Latina), Italy, Termo employed 84 people at the time of the article. Revenues doubled from €2.4 million in 2019 to about €5 million in 2020. The company intends to use the new funds to grow beyond the greentech sector and expand into adjacent business areas.
