  • nonono.com

    Led · Seed · Jan 2024

Nonono operates a consumer reclamations service that lets users publicly submit constructive feedback and leverages crowdsourced pressure to prompt company responses. The platform is designed to let companies solve problems publicly and convert complaints into positive marketing opportunities. Unlike review sites that rate initial experiences, Nonono rates companies on their problem-solving ability after a complaint is handled, giving companies a chance to influence their ratings through actions. The service already has companies such as Ikea, Stockmann and Elisa communicating with customers via the platform. Nonono’s motto is “Transparency creates trust,” and founder and CEO Jaakko Timonen framed the idea around public criticism as an efficient incentive for company reaction. With seed funding secured, the company plans to launch its service in Finland in early 2017 and aims to enter the US market later the same year. The public beta is available at nonono.io.
