MIM Fertility is a spin‑off from the University of Warsaw, founded in 2019 by PhD Piotr Wygocki and Ula Sankowska. The company develops AI-driven medical-device solutions for reproductive medicine, with products EMBRYOAID and FOLLISCAN that assist experts in embryo assessment and ovarian follicle identification. Its mission is to create AI-as-a-medical-device solutions that improve diagnosis and treatment outcomes in infertility and raise the standard of IVF care. In December 2023 MIM Fertility raised $2.0 million in a seed round. The funding will be used to refine existing technologies, develop new functionalities, and expand the company's global presence. Founded in 2020, Envirly positions itself to support organizations' green transformation, bringing both economic and ecological benefits. Collaboration with BNP Paribas Bank Poland as an investor and strategic partner is intended to enhance market credibility. Financially, the company recently closed a €1.3 million seed round, noted as one of the largest seed investments in ESG compliance products in Central and Eastern Europe.
