Mosoro was co-founded by CEO Mike Stemple and CTO Chris Stemple and focuses on integrating hardware and software for connected consumer accessories. The company closed a $1.5M Series A financing and intends to use the capital to accelerate development and grow its appcessory products into multiple verticals. New board members—Mike Beaudoin, Rodney Rice, and Chris Marks—joined in conjunction with the financing to support strategic growth.

Qualvu planned to have a European-based staff of 17 before the end of 2012. In conjunction with the financing, High Country Venture partner Chris Marks joined the company’s board.

    Kapost offers a Marketing Content Engine that helps marketers plan, execute, distribute and optimize the entire B2B content lifecycle. Its platform combines calendaring, collaboration tools, workflows, analytics, streamlined distribution and a broad set of integrations to standardize content operations. The company also provides services and packages to help customers build integrated content frameworks and operationalize content at scale. Kapost reports more than 120 customers, including Dell, IBM, Zurich and LinkedIn, spanning Fortune 100s to fast-growth businesses. The company announced $10.25 million in new funding to accelerate growth and to 'supercharge' its software and services, according to CEO and co-founder Toby Murdock. The funding is intended to help expand product capabilities and support customers as content becomes central to marketing operations. Kapost is a Boulder, CO-based content marketing software platform co-founded by CEO Toby Murdock and CTO Nader Akhnoukh. The platform helps marketing teams structure every step of the content process, including planning and organization, production, distribution and performance measurement. Its solution offers tools to manage social posts, blog posts, eBooks, videos and other content types and includes an analytics suite. Kapost serves more than 100 customers, including Intel, AT&T, Oracle, Allstate, General Mills and Lenovo. The company plans to use the new funds to scale the organization. On July 18, 2013 Kapost raised $5.6m in funding from new and existing investors. Kapost builds a newsroom platform that lets publishers manage, assign, edit and publish content from an army of contributors while integrating with publishers' existing CMS workflows. The product is early stage and currently includes core functionality such as assigning stories to authors. More advanced features—specifically distributing payments to contributors and editorial calendars—are still in development. The company previously operated as Grogger (a crowdsourced CMS) and pivoted to Kapost to avoid requiring publishers to replace their CMS. Kapost participated in the TechStars Boulder program. CEO Toby Murdock is cited describing the product and its target customer base.
