Gguge claims more than 100,000 users in South Korea and the company has a team of 35 in Korea. The startup aspires to become the ‘Outschool of Asia’ and will use new funding to expand its service across multiple Asian markets and to increase headcount. The education-tech surge from the COVID-19 pandemic and fast growth in Asia underpin Glorang’s expansion strategy.
