Rede Vistorias (part of GrupoRV since November 2021) operates a proprietary technology platform offering a wide range of property inspections, onboarding, insurance and credit solutions for the real estate value chain. The company serves more than 600 cities in Brazil, with over 3,000 B2B clients, 33 million+ square meters inspected, 305,000 professional inspections and more than 115,000 insurance policies issued. Its network comprises 18 company-owned units and 71 franchised units. The platform is positioned to enable digital onboarding and integrated management of asset transactions and operations. Rede Vistorias was selected for Susep’s Sandbox program to test new insurance models for the real estate market. The company plans to expand its current business and develop new solutions for the asset life cycle, including additional financial products such as insurance and credit.
