    PeopleX, founded by Daichi Tachibana (former director at Bengo4.com and ex-CloudSign business head), builds HR software aimed at driving employee success to boost company performance. The company entered the enterprise HR market on April 1, 2024 and is developing initial applications to address onboarding/accelerated productivity, skills upskilling, and engagement. PeopleX plans to operate as a compound startup, targeting development and delivery of more than 20 new applications by 2028 to remove barriers to employee success. The team intends to combine generative AI and professional services to improve Japan’s labor productivity and HR outcomes. Financially, PeopleX completed a large seed financing and reports paid-in capital of ¥117 million (including capital reserve). The company is based in Jingumae, Shibuya, Tokyo and operates HR platform and product sites for its services.

The platform can be installed with no code and is positioned to make customer success more tech-touch, enabling product-led growth for SaaS providers. Techtouch has been widely adopted in Japan, surpassing 2 million active users in December 2022 and holding the No.1 market share in the Japanese DAP market according to ITR. Financially, the company has raised a total of JPY 2.4 billion, including a recent JPY 1.78 billion round. Techtouch plans to use the new funding to recruit staff, ramp marketing, bolster customer support for overseas branches, expand sales and marketing, and pursue overseas expansion beginning in Asia. The company frames digital adoption as an enabler of digital transformation and aims to ensure users are not left behind as public and private organizations digitize services.
