Connectivity Wireless provides in-building wireless infrastructure and services—DAS, small cells, and private networks—partnering with carriers, enterprises, real estate owners, and municipalities to deliver connectivity at prominent U.S. venues. The company said the new capital will accelerate deployment of its in-building wireless solutions and expand its venue network across sports/entertainment arenas, healthcare, commercial real estate, education, and hospitality. Connectivity Wireless intends to use proceeds for system expansion and repayment of existing debt, and to enhance operational capabilities to meet rising demand for high-performance connectivity. The company is an M|C Partners-backed platform and framed the financing as enabling multi-year growth and expansion of its venue footprint. Leadership highlighted the financing as critical to scaling operations and investing in premier venue networks to better serve customers.
