QuotaBook is a SaaS equity management platform offering cap table management, stock option management, investor reporting, investor consents, shareholder and board meetings, and a fund management platform for investors. Its startup product uses a freemium model and charges upgraded plans by number of stakeholders; investor customers are charged based on AUM and portfolio count. The company says it has more than 3,500 startup and investor users—largely in South Korea—and claims about 40% of Korean startups use its service; it employs 45 people. In June it launched an RSU management service and recently introduced QuotaSpace, a communication platform for investors and portfolio companies, with additional features planned. QuotaBook intends to leverage its network and data for future products such as secondary sales and data services. The company plans to scale its product team and expand into Southeast Asia and the Middle East, setting up local offices or teams in markets including Vietnam, Indonesia, Singapore and Taiwan.
