  • Konligo

    Participated · Equity · Jul 2026

Konligo designs and manufactures foldable aluminum structures developed and produced in Belgium for the events industry and related uses. Its best-known products include the Fastival, an 8x4 meter stage roof that can be assembled by two people in under thirty minutes and is rated for wind speeds up to 100 km/h and loads up to 250 kg, and The Tent, a premium tent that can be set up by one person in under five minutes with no pump or tools. The company uses aluminum containing 70–80% recycled material and emphasizes local production and sustainability. Founded in 2018 as a VUB spin-off, Konligo combines technological research with social and sustainable focus. Following the €1.1 million investment, Konligo plans to accelerate global rollout of The Tent, develop larger event structures, and explore applications in the defense sector.

  • CurveCatch

    Participated · Equity · Feb 2026

Founded in 2021 by Kimia Namadchi and Nils Heyman-Dewitte, CurveCatch leverages machine-learning algorithms and a short preference questionnaire to predict a customer’s optimal bra fit and style. The service ships a curated box of eight bras after a €25 deposit (refunded even if nothing is purchased) and builds a personal webshop based on the client’s feedback, deliberately omitting traditional sizing to reduce sizing bias. CurveCatch claims materially lower return rates than the 60-80 % often seen in online lingerie, and it aggregates anonymized fit and style feedback to help partner brands avoid overstock. The company currently focuses on Belgium and the Netherlands but aims to digitize the global lingerie market and later branch into adjacent intimate-apparel lines such as swimwear and underwear. Inventory is held in-house to ensure quality control, making the model capital-intensive. To fund continued AI development and inventory expansion, CurveCatch has secured €2.4 million in equity financing across two seed rounds and received an innovation grant from Vlaio.
