Fonmap operates a mobile platform that combines Turkey’s broad TEFAS mutual-fund universe with venture capital and real-estate investment funds, giving retail investors digital, one-stop access to these products. Its core differentiator is a proprietary, locally built artificial-intelligence module that ignores portfolio size and creates individualized risk profiles, then recommends dynamically optimized fund baskets and produces weekly portfolio reports. Launched in June 2024, the service has accumulated 10,000 users in its first 15 months and connects to funds managed by 20 different portfolio-management firms. The platform currently services the 5.5 million investors active in TEFAS funds and roughly 400,000 investors in venture-capital and real-estate funds. Management says the company has moved from its initial startup phase into a growth phase, expecting AI-driven advisory to accelerate adoption. Financially, Fonmap has just completed a $3 million seed round that values the company at $35 million, providing fresh capital to scale its technology and user base.

Goldtag operates a blockchain-based digital precious-metals platform integrated into major Turkish payment platforms and its own mobile app, allowing users to invest in gold from 1 lira and to accumulate in units like gram and traditional Turkish coin sizes. The platform is integrated with Paycell, MoneyPay, Hepsipay, Papara, AhlPay and PeP and enables users to liquidate holdings at current rates and transfer TL to their bank accounts 24/7. Goldtag reports 2.2 million active users and conducts more than 1 million transactions per month. The company also offers social features for gifting and digital events and is developing physical vending machines to let users withdraw the metals they own. CEO Dolunay Sabuncuoğlu says the firm is rolling out tokenization infrastructure to broaden access to alternative assets in a regulation-compliant way. Planned asset expansions include tokenized agricultural commodities (wheat, barley, corn), energy products (oil, natural gas, electricity), metals (copper, aluminum, iron) and solar power plants.
