Two Hop is a VC fund focusing exclusively on startups providing the infrastructure for the next generation secure internet. While the Web 2.0 democratized many power structures and created new opportunities, the economic engine is largely privatized and monopolized. Facebook, Uber and AirBnB have created private networks for public infrastructure which they dominate. Web 3 is the antithesis and promises to return the internet to the hands of users through the combination of blockchain and internet. It’s about multiple profit centers sharing value across an open network. Two Hop believes the BSV blockchain is best suited for becoming the backbone of Web 3.

mintBlue is a BaaS development platform that provides a proprietary API enabling companies to migrate data to the public blockchain for increased security, interoperability and traceability. Its suite stores data directly on-chain and is non-custodial, ensuring end users control their data and face no lock-in. The software supports commercial-scale usage and includes monetization opportunities for customers. Led by CEO Niels van den Bergh, mintBlue has been selected by VISMA | yuki to add blockchain-based bookkeeping features and has processed over 700,000 NFT invoices for that partner at a low cost per invoice. The company is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and Antwerp, Belgium. It plans to use the new funding to accelerate growth and expand operations.
