Queuebuster offers a mobile point-of-sale app that helps merchants manage billing, inventory, daily ledgers ('khata'), online shops and customer loyalty programmes. The company has onboarded over 20,000 merchants, including neighbourhood shops and consumer food companies such as HUL and ITC. In May 2022 it processed over 1.1 million invoices worth more than Rs 130 crore, and since January 2021 has recorded over 12 million invoices worth over Rs 1,000 crore. Founded in 2016, Queuebuster plans to use new funding to drive merchant growth, make product enhancements and scale its distribution network. Its founder has set a target to reach at least 10 million merchants by 2025.
