Solinftec builds a digital-ag operating system that links to farm machinery and is powered by an AI system called ALICE.AI, which connects with sensors, computers and displays to provide real-time, in-field crop data, inputs and weather information. The platform is used across row and perennial crops — including sugarcane, soy, corn, cotton, coffee, timber and citrus — and the company says it manages more than 27 million acres in the US, Brazil and other parts of Latin America. Solinftec reports it serves 85% of Brazilian sugarcane growers and that its platform helped customers avoid over 680,000 tons of CO2 emissions from 2016 to 2021. The company recently launched digital grain trading tools in the US and Canada and struck a partnership with US cooperative Growmark to develop a new farm-management robot. Solinftec positions its mission around improving grower decision-making on planting, spraying, harvesting and tendering while promoting sustainability and broader access to precision technologies.
