In the 15 months since commercialization, the firm has forged partnerships with more than 50 health systems, payors, and pharmaceutical companies across six countries, created over 1,000 clinical use cases, and completed 115 million patient interactions without safety incidents. Notable collaborators include Cleveland Clinic, Northwestern Medicine, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, WellSpan Health, and several of the top U.S. payors. The company’s Polaris Safety Constellation architecture underpins its emphasis on empathy, reliability, and clinical alignment. New capital will support expanded global deployments, continued product innovation, and selective M&A activity. The latest raise lifts total funding to $404 million and pegs the company’s valuation at $3.5 billion.
