KnowledgeWork is a Japanese sales enablement company that has moved from a SaaS knowledge-sharing platform for sales teams into a provider of sales-specific AI agents for large enterprises. It sells three lines: Sales AX Consulting, in which consultants and forward-deployed engineers build and operate AI agents fitted to a customer's own sales process; Sales AI Products, including a tool that automates meeting minutes and CRM/SFA entry and a roleplay tool that runs practice sales conversations against AI avatars; and Sales AI Agent OS, launched in August 2026 as the underlying platform, composed of ontology, strategy, AI agent, and interface layers. Its software is deployed at major Japanese enterprises at thousands-of-seats scale, including NTT Docomo Business, Mizuho Bank, and Nissin Foods. The company is pursuing capital and business alliances with large corporates and their venture arms to widen distribution of its sales AI agents. KnowledgeWork was incorporated in March 2020 under CEO Koji Asano and is headquartered in the Azabudai Hills Mori JP Tower in Minato-ku, Tokyo. Financially, the company had raised ¥6.12 billion cumulatively through its Series B in November 2023 and added ¥3.5 billion (~$22.1M) in the first close of its Series C in August 2026.

Enquire AI (formerly GlobalWonks) operates an AI-powered tool called Network Pulse that connects businesses to more than 40,000 internal and external subject-matter experts and returns bite-sized answers in real time. Users ask questions and receive short answers, with the option to schedule follow-up time for deeper consultations; experts earn additional revenue for their contributions. The company works with 50 companies and across them 300 clients. In the past 12 months its revenue grew by 300% and its expert network grew by 207%. With the rebrand to Enquire, the company plans to expand beyond the original "wonks" network through API integrations into adjacent SaaS platforms and to pursue opportunities in the market research market. It will deploy new capital into team expansion, marketing, and rolling out new API partnerships.

Serial Box publishes serialized stories as weekly episodes in both text and audio, using a TV-style showrunner model to lead writing teams. The first episode of each story is free; additional episodes cost $1.99 each or are available via a season pass. Writers on the platform include Gwenda Bond, Yoon Ha Lee, Max Gladstone and Becky Chambers, and the company will publish Marvel-based stories starting with Thor. Product plans in the near term include the launch of an Android app next week and further product upgrades and content partnerships in the coming months. The company aims to adapt traditional book publishing for the smartphone age by borrowing production and distribution influences from audio, podcasting, gaming and TV. Serial Box recently raised seed funding, which it intends to deploy toward these product and content initiatives. Serial Box produces serialized stories written by teams of writers and publishes them weekly in both e-book and audio form. Each week’s episode is released as a roughly 30-minute read or an hour listen during a three-month season. Serials are distributed via the company’s apps, website, and third-party retailers. The company was founded by Molly Barton and Julian Yap. It has recently collaborated with The Associated Press, Adaptive Studios, and Hachette Book Group. Serial Box announced a $1.65M seed investment and intends to use the funds to continue to expand its offerings.
