- Gyala
Participated · Equity · Mar 2026
Gyala develops Agger, a proprietary full-stack cyber resilience platform that provides automated detection and response for IT, OT and IoT environments across critical infrastructure sectors such as energy, industry, healthcare, naval and financial services. The technology originated in the military research context (Piano Nazionale della Ricerca Militare) in 2016 and has been adapted for civilian critical infrastructure protection. Gyala reported 2025 revenue of €3.6 million and expects revenue to grow by about 30% in the current fiscal year, with a projected compound annual growth rate of approximately 34.76% through 2029. The company plans to double headcount from 30 to 60 employees by 2029, hiring 12 people in the first year, and to reinforce R&D and vertical market go-to-market capabilities while pursuing international expansion. Management positions Gyala as a technology-driven vendor targeting complex, regulated environments where conventional solutions have limited visibility or effectiveness.
- Intuos
Participated · Equity · Feb 2026
Intuos is an Italian aviation-technology startup developing a two-part platform for flying clubs, flight schools and other non-commercial aviation operators. Its Manager module digitises the entire operational workflow—from flight planning and crew scheduling to fleet maintenance—within a single dashboard. Complementing this, the InFlight Data Monitoring system uses proprietary IoT devices to stream real-time telemetry and engine-performance data, enabling continuous monitoring, anomaly detection and pilot performance analytics without manual downloads. The company holds two patents (one internationally extended) that cover the integrated hardware-software architecture. By unifying in-flight data with ground operations, Intuos aims to reduce data redundancy, enhance safety and boost operational efficiency for small aircraft fleets. The fresh capital injection will finance completion of key technology milestones and support early expansion efforts in the United States. To date, Intuos has raised €720,000, although no revenue or user metrics have been disclosed.
- Totally
Participated · Seed · Nov 2025
Totally Innovation builds digital platforms that merge artificial intelligence, legal know-how and marketing expertise to reshape how brands use audio. Its flagship product, Totally In Store, delivers original, context-aware music generated by proprietary AI, allowing retailers to eliminate traditional licensing fees while controlling playlists, commercial spots and informational messages in real time. The SaaS model offers both subscription and enterprise tiers, with the latter enabling brands to craft an exclusive, non-replicable sonic identity. By turning background music into a strategic retail-media channel, the company aims to capitalize on the fast-growing European retail media market and the rising demand for in-store audio advertising. Complementing this, the team has launched Totally Data, a platform for exporting and managing rich musical metadata, laying groundwork for future products in the music and media sectors. The founding team combines experience in software development, startup management and rights management, positioning the business for international scalability.
- Hotiday
Participated · Seed · Jun 2023
Hotiday is a Milan-based traveltech startup founded in 2022 that selects rooms within partner properties and adapts them to travellers’ needs while preserving each location’s character. The company combines services, technology, design and comfort with a proprietary revenue management system and advanced data analytics to help hotels optimize pricing and increase revenues. Hotiday monetizes natural unsold inventory to raise occupancy rates and generate passive income for properties. In the last year it hosted more than 33,000 people across more than 90 tourist destinations in Europe. The startup intends to use new funding to open locations in major European resorts and cities, broaden services offered to partner hoteliers and expand its team. Hotiday purchases unsold hotel rooms from partner facilities and resells them online under a proprietary “Hotiday Hotels” brand, operating as a decentralized, data-driven hotel chain. It uses a proprietary algorithm and an instant-buying logic to acquire rooms at the right price, offers cashback to travellers, and provides digital services such as online check-in and a digital concierge via an app. Since its founding in March 2022 the startup has grown rapidly and achieved a turnover of over €1 million by 2023 while serving multiple facilities across Italy. The company plans to invest new funds in technology to further enhance its algorithm and online platform, pursue new acquisitions, and expand its presence throughout Italy. Hotiday also intends to expand the team with hires including a product manager and a sales account to support growth. Founders include Vittorio Gargiulo (CEO), Federico Di Carlo (Chairman & CCO), and Federico Brunelli (CFO), all with hospitality experience.
