WE.VESTR offers an all-in-one equity management platform that centralises share distributions, legal documents, KPIs, and tools for implementing compensation schemes such as ESOPs. The platform is used by more than 60 European startups and scale-ups and counts partnerships with investor syndicates, consultancies, incubators, and investor platforms. Founded in 2020, the company has a team of about 20 employees and is positioning itself across the full startup lifecycle from incorporation to exit. WE.VESTR plans to expand in Europe and to enter the Middle East and APAC regions. Product road map items include the “Eagle Eye” investor feature, an internal exchange, and tokenising shares on a distributed ledger to enable buying, selling, and trading as companies scale. The company says these features are intended to increase shareholder transparency, financial inclusivity, and easier portfolio reporting for investors.

UNL builds a smart addressing platform that assigns unique IDs to cells in a 3D grid over the Earth and attaches rich metadata, navigation logic, and a smart layer to each location. The platform aims to enable a network of real-life locations coupled with digital doppelgangers for new location-based applications and micro-services. Its smart layer is powered by distributed ledger technology to make locations transactional, programmable, and auditable. UNL’s navigation logic is designed to improve both indoor and outdoor routing and location services. The company plans to use its seed funding to expand operations and business reach, prioritizing growth in Asia, and to further develop its platform. The company is led by CEO and founder Xander van der Heijden and is based in Singapore and Amsterdam.
