Sienna is developing a diversified topical biotech pipeline via its Topical by DesignTM platform and a photoparticle therapy platform. Its lead assets include SNA-120 (a TrkA inhibitor) in Phase IIb for pruritus and psoriasis, and SNA-125 (a dual TrkA/JAK3 inhibitor) in proof-of-concept for atopic dermatitis, psoriasis and pruritus.
