Adform builds a full‑stack platform for digital advertising, regularly updating its product with new features. Founded in 2002, the Danish company operates in 15 countries with more than 600 employees across 15 offices. It says it will use new investment to expand development, research and analytics teams to strengthen its European leadership and broaden cooperation with advertisers, agencies and publishers. Adform is opening 200 vacancies globally; its Minsk office currently employs 61 specialists and is planned to double in size. The company emphasizes providing independent, open advertising platforms and an open marketplace to counter closed technical platforms and non‑transparent media transactions. Adform, founded in 2002, sells technology to both advertisers and publishers, including a demand-side platform for ad buying. The company focuses on rich-media ads and a variety of video formats, aiming to let advertisers easily scale rich media. Its offering supports desktop, tablet, and mobile, with mobile comprising a growing share of traffic though mobile revenue lags. Adform says it has historically been profitable. The new funding will be used to expand more aggressively in the United States—it recently opened sales offices in New York and Los Angeles. The company also plans to launch its own data management platform and expand efforts in outdoor advertising. Adform provides online marketing platforms to advertisers and agencies. The company maintains offices in London, Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen and Vilnius and currently employs more than 70 people. It has received an undisclosed equity investment from Via Venture Partners. Adform plans to expand in Europe and aims to become the leading provider of digital marketing technology and services.
