- Onyx Security
Participated · Series B · Jul 2026
Onyx Security is developing an agent-native security and governance platform that continuously discovers enterprise AI agents, inspects every step of their reasoning, and intervenes when necessary to block, require human approval, or redirect agent actions. The unified control plane gives security teams visibility, posture management, and runtime protection, while helping governance teams satisfy regulatory requirements and enabling infrastructure teams to optimize cost, accuracy, and latency. Executives can also track AI adoption and performance metrics through the same dashboard. The system is powered by proprietary supervisory agents and in-house AI models purpose-built to understand and manage other agents in real time. Co-founded by cybersecurity veteran Maxim Bar Kogan and former Nvidia AI researcher Gil Elbaz, the company already serves multiple Fortune 500 customers and employs more than 70 people across Israel, the United States, and Canada. Headquartered in New York and Tel Aviv, Onyx plans to use its new capital to expand product and engineering teams, build additional AI models, and scale go-to-market efforts. The business has raised $40 million to date but has not publicly disclosed revenue or user numbers.
- Unframe
Participated · Series B · Jun 2026
Founded in 2024 by Shay Levi, Larissa Schneider, and Adi Azarya, Unframe provides a managed delivery model and an open platform called The Framery to implement enterprise AI solutions rapidly. Its approach pairs core platform components with hands-on delivery so solutions can run in a customer's cloud, on-premises, or as a managed SaaS offering without tying customers to a single large language model. Commercially, Unframe reached $100 million in total contract value within its first twelve months and reported 400% net revenue retention, with roughly half of customers converting to paid contracts under an outcome-based pricing model. The company employs about 120 people across Cupertino, Tel Aviv, and Berlin. Near-term plans announced alongside the Series B include expanding delivery capacity, investing further in The Framery, and adding senior leadership to support growth.
- Datarails
Participated · Series C · Jan 2026
Datarails offers an Excel-native FinanceOS that consolidates ERP, CRM, HRIS, and spreadsheet data to become a single source of truth for the CFO's office. Its multi-product suite spans FP&A, month-end close, cash management, spend control, and newly launched Strategy, Planning, and Reporting AI Finance Agents that instantly generate analyses, forecasts, and board-ready reports. In 2025 the company recorded 70% year-over-year revenue growth and nearly doubled its workforce to more than 400 employees, reflecting strong demand for its approach. Over half of 2025 growth came from products introduced in the prior 12 months, underscoring rapid expansion beyond core FP&A. Research cited by the company shows 99% of finance professionals still rely heavily on Excel, a dynamic Datarails leverages by embedding AI directly into their existing workflows. The new capital will fund geographic expansion across North America and EMEA, increased R&D investment, and potential acquisitions. Additional products are slated for release in the coming year as the firm seeks to make AI the foundation of every finance workflow.
- Converge Bio
Participated · Series A · Jan 2026
Converge Bio develops generative AI computational labs and virtual cell simulation applications engineered to optimize antibody design, gene expression, and biological target selection. The company is led by CEO Dov Gertz, CSO Dr. Iddo Weiner, and CTO Oded Kalev and is based in Boston, Massachusetts. Converge has advanced two independent drug programs through Phase 2 clinical trials and holds a licensed CRISPR discovery patent associated with Nobel laureate Jennifer Doudna. It has also established a 37-month cross-industry research partnership. With the $2.5 million Gates Foundation grant, Converge plans to expand its drug modeling platform into crop genomics, build multimodal long-context DNA foundation models, and accelerate breeding timelines for climate-resilient plants.
- Zafran Security
Participated · Series C · Dec 2025
Zafran Security builds an AI-native Continuous Threat Exposure Management platform centered on its Exposure Graph, which maps relationships among assets, security weaknesses, controls and potential attacker movements. The platform identifies choke points where multiple attack paths converge and helps security teams prioritize mitigations that can disrupt several routes while minimizing business disruption. Zafran integrates with existing endpoint, firewall, cloud, identity and vulnerability scanning tools rather than requiring product replacements, and it can validate mitigations before deployment while coordinating discovery, prioritization, risk reduction and remediation. The company emphasizes that AI-enabled attackers increasingly chain lower-severity weaknesses into exploit paths and claims that 99% of vulnerabilities labeled critical in customer environments are not actually exploitable under existing conditions, so its platform focuses on the roughly 1% most likely to contribute to incidents. The recent strategic investment from Cisco Investments is intended to support expansion of the platform and closer technical and commercial alignment with Cisco.
