  TBook’s core product is an embedded RWA liquidity layer designed to streamline how real-world-asset issuers reach vetted users. Its infrastructure relies on a proprietary three-layer stack: an Identity Layer featuring Incentive Passports and vSBTs, an Intelligence Layer powered by the WISE credit-scoring engine, and a Settlement Layer called TBook Vault. Together, these layers provide identity verification, credit assessment, and secure settlement for on-chain RWA transactions. The company has attracted a broad investor base—including SevenX Ventures, Sui Foundation, Mask Network, HT Capital, VistaLabs, Blofin, Bonfire Union, LYVC, and GoPlus—resulting in cumulative financing of more than $10 million and a valuation topping $100 million. TBook plans to hold a Token Generation Event (TGE) in the first quarter of 2026, signaling an eventual move toward token-enabled functionality and community ownership.   ZetaChain is a public EVM-compatible Layer 1 blockchain with built-in cross-chain interoperability that connects smart-contract and non-smart-contract chains, including Bitcoin and Dogecoin. Its Omnichain toolkit lets developers build omnichain dApps from a single point of logic while enabling users to access assets, data, and liquidity in one place. The ecosystem includes more than 47,000 dApp contracts and the project’s testnet has seen roughly 1.7 million users and over 13 million transactions to date. ZetaChain’s team comprises close to 150 contributors worldwide, including contributors and former employees from Coinbase, Brave, THORchain, 0x, Cosmos, Ignite, Consensys and other projects; named contributors include Ankur Nandwani, Panruo Wu, and Brandon Truong. The company plans to use the new capital to expand operations and accelerate development efforts.
