  • Muun AI

    Led · Seed · Apr 2026

Muun AI has built a proprietary industrial data-labeling engine that contextualizes signals such as temperature, pressure, and timing without requiring historical data or pre-training. The platform surfaces operator-ready insights and adds predictive capabilities as it learns, including completion forecasts, anomaly detection, and full explainability that traces each output. The company targets customers across manufacturing, infrastructure, logistics, and commercial real estate. Muun AI is already running on live production data in a Singapore manufacturing facility. Financially, the startup recently raised $700K in a pre-seed round led by Wavemaker Impact.

  • Virdalis

    Led · Seed · Mar 2026

Virdalis develops protein ingredients derived from Wolffia globosa (duckweed) aimed at the global animal feed market. The company is building cultivation systems, processing technology, and a data-driven production platform to enable local production of feed protein without reliance on arable land or specific climates. Virdalis claims duckweed can grow rapidly and may offer a lower environmental footprint compared with conventional crops. It is headquartered in Singapore and operates in the Philippines. Following the announced pre-seed raise of $700,000 led by Wavemaker Impact, Virdalis plans to scale pilot production, grow its technical team, and pursue commercial agreements with feed manufacturers across Southeast Asia.

  • MetroElectro

    Participated · Equity · Nov 2025

Founded in 2023 in Melbourne, MetroElectro targets the largely untapped commercial and industrial rooftop segment, where solar penetration is under 5 percent. The startup finances, designs, installs and maintains rooftop solar arrays and battery storage, then sells the generated power to tenants and the grid—often at lower rates than traditional retailers—thereby solving the usual landlord-tenant funding standoff. MetroElectro currently has more than 50 projects in its near-term pipeline, totalling over 20 MW of solar and 20 MWh of storage capacity, enough to power roughly 3,000 homes. Key clients already signed include Aramex, Linde Materials Handling and Bucher Municipal. Management believes raising adoption in the C&I sector to residential-level penetration (about 30 percent) could supply a quarter of Australia’s electricity needs. Proceeds from its newest financing will accelerate deployment of contracted projects and further develop the company’s technology stack to open additional revenue streams. To support longer-term expansion into markets such as Europe and the U.S., MetroElectro plans to pursue an additional $3 million equity raise in early 2026.

  • Valtor Solutions

    Led · Seed · Oct 2025

Valtor Solutions combines an AI-powered Bill of Quantities (BOQ) platform, a pre-vetted supplier network, and consolidated logistics to help Southeast Asian property developers procure building materials faster and with lower carbon impact. Its forthcoming Valtor AI BOQ© software will automate quote generation, smart supplier matching, and provide a per-order carbon score, letting project teams choose low-carbon products without sacrificing cost or schedule. The company has already launched Valtor Quotation© (VQ) and cut procurement lead times from months to days, completing its first client delivery in just six days versus the typical three months while saving 3.6 tons of CO₂e. Looking ahead, Valtor plans to launch the paid version of its AI BOQ platform in October 2025, widen supplier coverage across core Southeast Asian markets, and add enhanced carbon-accounting features. Funds will also support expansion of warehousing and logistics to remove bottlenecks that delay construction and inflate costs. Co-built by founder and CEO Eileen Kae Relao with Wavemaker Impact’s Philippines Venture Build team, the company aims to become the region’s fastest-growing green construction procurement platform. Valtor is currently pre-revenue but has pre-launch orders in the pipeline, demonstrating early market demand.

  • Octayne

    Led · Seed · Jun 2024

Octayne develops processes to transform Southeast Asia’s agricultural post-harvest residue into scalable, carbon-neutral fuel alternatives for energy production. The company aims to deploy a decentralized, low-cost, small-footprint operational model suited to rural areas with limited logistics. Octayne plans to run pilot projects, enhance its technical platform and product, and build a specialized team with industrial and green-energy project experience. It also intends to educate communities on sustainable farm-waste management to reduce crop-residue burning and regional haze. Octayne sees a market opportunity as coal remains the region’s main energy growth engine and seeks to collaborate with major energy companies to establish reliable supply chains. The company is positioning its technology as an inexpensive, readily scalable substitute for coal in Southeast Asia’s expanding energy market.
