  Sourcepass is an East Northport, NY–based IT services and cybersecurity provider. The company is led by CEO and founder Chuck Canton. In 2023 Sourcepass launched Quest, a consumption platform powered by AI. It raised an additional $65M, bringing total funding to $135M, to support its strategic objectives. Proceeds are intended to fund the acquisition of Proxios to expand its physical presence in the mid‑Atlantic and broaden its client base in healthcare, legal, and non‑profit sectors. Sourcepass plans further expansion through a series of strategic acquisitions during the year to increase vertical markets and bolster its services and talent resources. Sourcepass provides innovative IT managed services to small and mid-sized businesses, focusing on digitizing the IT services experience and connecting SMBs with the right technology. The company delivers an omni-channel, end-to-end approach and is expanding capabilities through strategic acquisitions. Sourcepass completed a $70M financing composed of debt and equity to support growth and transactions. It closed the acquisition of Network Solutions and Technology, Inc. (NST) and plans to integrate future acquisitions into NST's operating model. NST adds 155 employees and locations in New York City, Long Island, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Tennessee. Sourcepass will extend digital capabilities to NST’s roughly 400 SMB customers across 38 states and over 20,000 endpoints via interactive web portals and mobile applications.
