While its core offering is fresh produce, the chain has diversified into home essentials, dry fruits, bakery items, stationery, health & pharma, and cleaning products. The company pursues an omnichannel strategy, selling primarily through departmental stores and expanding its digital capabilities. For FY24, revenue from operations reached ₹382.4 crore, up from ₹308.5 crore in FY23, though the business swung to a ₹34.4 crore loss after posting a ₹3.1 crore profit the previous year. KPN plans to use newly raised capital to accelerate expansion, widen its retail footprint, and deepen penetration in existing markets. The company traces its origins to a family pushcart in the 1950s and is now run by second-generation entrepreneur Senthil Natarajan.

The company claims 3,000 apps use its platform and that it is coordinating roughly 10 million orders per month across a fleet of 150,000 drivers. HyperTrack emphasizes using ground-truth delivery data to improve address accuracy, service-time metrics, route deviation detection and ETA predictions via continuous feedback into its AI systems. CEO Kashyap Deorah says the business has grown headcount (from 15 to 30 in 2022) and plans to expand the engineering team and grow to about 40 employees. Deorah declined to disclose revenue figures, but the company is positioning its per-order pricing and unbundled APIs as a cost- and developer-friendly alternative to larger vendors and packaged fleet apps. The platform competes with offerings from hyperscalers and specialist vendors but markets itself on per-order pricing and unbundled developer tools.

PW (PhysicsWallah) builds low-cost test-prep and educational content delivered online and through physical learning centres. The company charges students as little as $4 and has amassed tens of thousands of paying subscribers alongside claims of over 6 million students reached and nearly 7 million YouTube subscribers. PW runs both online and offline classes and employs more than 1,900 people, including roughly 500 teachers and over 200 associate professors who support students. The startup says it has been profitable since inception, reporting ninefold revenue growth in 2021–2022 versus 2020–2021 and a FY2023 run rate of $65 million. PW says 10,000+ students cracked competitive exams like NEET and JEE in 2020 and 2021 using its content. The company is expanding content into nine vernacular languages (Bengali, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Gujarati, Odia, Malayalam and Kannada) and plans to use new funds to open more physical learning centres.
