The company supplies a 10 Gbps fiber backbone to apartment homes, property management teams, and amenity spaces while keeping data secure and encrypted. Aerwave partners with property owners and delivers a customer service experience from a team of multifamily industry professionals. Rental communities in more than 17 markets currently use Aerwave for constant Wi‑Fi connectivity. The company plans to grow into more than 30 total markets within the next 12 months. Aerwave recently raised $20M in a Series A to scale its operating platform and support that expansion.
