- Arrenda
Participated · Seed · Jul 2022
Arrenda offers revenue-based financing to landlords through its Adelanta product, which advances up to a year of future lease receivables in 24 hours using proprietary underwriting technology. The company began in 2021 as ViveFácil, pivoted to credit and rebranded to Arrenda in 2022, and is based in Mexico City. It is pre-revenue, has an 18-person team (growing at roughly two hires per month), and a 900-person waitlist. Arrenda signs financing contracts from $250 to $10,000 per month with an average advance of about $12,000 over 10 months. Management plans to use the debt portion of the new funding to issue loans and the equity to hire additional staff, expand into more Mexican metropolitan hubs, establish distribution channels with industry groups, move into commercial real estate financing, and roll out tenant products such as rent-now-pay-later.
