Purenat develops proprietary filtration systems aimed at removing pollutants from the air in industrial and other environments. The company has advanced beyond the prototype stage and is now working to deliver a finalized, reproducible product suitable for large-scale manufacturing. Its technology has attracted strategic interest from John Cockerill’s Industrya fund, which could also help speed market adoption through its decarbonisation and air-treatment activities. Financially, Purenat has just secured €2 million in fresh equity capital and plans to supplement this with bank loans before year-end. Previous backer Skalepark, which first invested in 2023, remains on the cap table. The new funds will be directed toward scaling production capabilities and completing industrial certification of the product.
