Edeyans is a Tokyo-based hospitality technology company whose core product, Jtas, uses AI to standardize and manage a hotel’s back-office functions, including guest-room cleaning, equipment management, and facility inspections. The platform tackles persistent labor shortages and operational inefficiencies in housekeeping by giving managers real-time visibility into cleaning quality and productivity. Complementing its software, Edeyans operates hands-on cleaning services performed by specially trained "Room Meisters," ensuring consistent service quality while generating operational data to improve Jtas. The solution has already been adopted by major hotel groups such as JR Kyushu Hotels and Tobu Hotel Management. With fresh capital in hand, the company will enhance Jtas’ AI features, expand its cleaning workforce, and build infrastructure to scale both domestically and internationally. The recent ¥670 million Series B round, composed of equity and bank debt, strengthens Edeyans’ financial position, though revenue and user figures were not disclosed.
