Overview
XY Labs is a startup in California with data-driven devices to build a global data network focused on a human's dataist relationship to the physical world. The XYO Foundation was established by XY - TPC at the end of 2017. It began as "XYO Network", a decentralized network of devices that anonymously collects and validates geospatial data. XYO Network, first established by XY in 2018, is now the purview of XYO Foundation, pending official non-profit status.

XYO develops location-data software and physical devices that feed a blockchain geospatial oracle network backed by cryptography. Its decentralized network of devices anonymously collects and validates data tied to geography, temperature, humidity, speed and other components. The company says its technology is intended to empower users to participate in the worldwide digital economy. In support of ecosystem growth, XYO partnered with Outliers Fund to develop and accelerate projects building on the XYO Network. To finance that effort, XYO Labs and Outliers Fund will each commit up to $10M in equities and tokens, creating an ecosystem fund of up to $20M. XYO was founded in 2018 and is based in San Diego, CA.
