The new investor is 雅戈尔时尚（上海）科技有限公司 (Yangor Fashion), a wholly‑owned subsidiary of 雅戈尔. Yangor Fashion subscribed RMB 1,129,000 (112.9万元) in capital and acquired a 4.491% equity stake in the company.
