  Founded in November 2017, Deep Robotics (云深处科技) is a national high-tech enterprise focused on embodied-intelligence R&D and commercialization. Its product portfolio spans the Jueying series of quadruped robots, the wheel-legged Mountain Cat line, and humanoid robots DR01 and DR02. In 2025 the company launched the Mountain Cat M20 and industry-grade humanoid DR02 while completing an embodied-intelligence pilot base and a share-restructure. Management reports that 2025 was a year of rapid operating growth, and the firm has now completed 11 funding rounds across its life cycle. Prior to the latest raise, Deep Robotics secured over RMB 500 million in a Series C round on 9 December 2025. The new capital will be used to deepen R&D, expand production capacity and accelerate large-scale commercial deployment of embodied-intelligence robots across industries.

  Chengzi Automation (founded 2014) develops end-to-end intelligent manufacturing solutions for 3C enterprises, with deep expertise in the smartphone supply chain and OEM/ODM partnerships. Its product and technology stack includes four R&D platforms—AirTrack (high-speed, high-precision air‑bearing platform), HD‑Pro hardware, MD‑Pro software programming, and the MD‑Cloud industrial internet platform—and three core product lines: precision placement, precision electrical testing, and AOI inspection. The company developed a flying‑probe tester based on AirTrack that can perform comprehensive static and dynamic testing for 5G PCBAs; AirTrack raises motion speed from 1m/s to 5m/s, achieves 1µm repeatability and dynamic response above 5G, and the flying‑probe system is in mass production with recognition from major domestic phone makers. Chengzi has expanded nationally with a Southwest service center in Chengdu, a Suzhou subsidiary (苏州欧瑞杰智能科技有限公司), a joint venture in Suzhou Industrial Park, and operations/points in Beijing, Xi’an and Wuhan. The company plans to use new funding to scale core product mass production, advance AOI detection technologies and new product R&D, and continue investment in the MD‑Cloud platform to deliver data‑driven capabilities to 3C customers.
