The financing includes an equity investment from Peloton Capital Management and a refinancing of existing syndicated credit facilities co-led by Royal Bank of Canada and Bank of Montreal. Peloton is contributing dental-industry expertise — including the addition of Pat Bauer, CEO of Heartland Dental, to 123Dentist’s board — to support the company's growth plans.
