Overview
8Flow provides an enterprise workflow mapping platform that observes, maps, and optimizes support and back-office workflows to prepare enterprise data for AI-driven workflow automation. The product helps organizations identify human behaviors and create blueprints for training and guiding AI agents ‘on the job’ to automate processes at scale. Its proprietary platform has tracked more than 600 million events and is approaching 1 billion events, which the company says enables measurable productivity improvements. With strategic backing from ServiceNow and Okta, 8Flow is leveraging partnerships to address challenges in organizing enterprise data across complex and fragmented system environments. The company frames its mission like Waze for the enterprise—crowdsourcing workflow data to enable autonomous agent navigation of business processes. 8Flow aims to turn real-world workflow observations into actionable automation blueprints that improve productivity and enable scaled agentic automation. 8Flow.ai is launching out of stealth with an enterprise-grade, self-learning workflow automation engine that integrates with tools like Zendesk, ServiceNow and Salesforce Service Cloud. It currently ships as a Chrome extension that learns agents' repetitive steps (copying and pasting between apps) and surfaces one-click actions to speed task completion. The product captures usage data and feedback to iteratively build reusable "bricks" and, over time, train machine-learning models to generate AI-led workflows tailored to each user. Today the team is focused on phase one — optimizing the user interface and experience — while using customer deployments to collect data and prove value. Customers such as FloorFound report increased efficiency and accuracy from eliminating tab-switching and manual data transfer. Co-founder and CEO Boaz Hecht previously led SkyGiraffe (acquired by ServiceNow) and remained at ServiceNow through March 2022; he founded 8Flow with former colleagues Josh Russ and Yev Goldin.
