Anytype is an object-based note-taking productivity tool and a private, local-first peer-to-peer computing platform that organizes docs, tasks, files, bookmarks, contacts and more. Built on an architecture that protects privacy and data sovereignty, it functions as a private hub for users' data even when working across devices. The app is available on Mac, Windows, Linux, iOS and Android. The company said it will use new funding to expand operations and development efforts, invite more contributors to extend the product's capabilities, and double down on UX. Anytype raised $13.4M in the reported funding round. Colin Hanna from Balderton Capital will join Anytype’s board as part of the round.
