Arcadie produces and supplies organic spices, aromatics and tisanes, with a catalogue of about 300 references and two consumer brands, L’Herbier de France and Cook. The company sells mostly to specialist stores (around 3,000 points of sale) and to professional customers in organic food and foodservice. After a downturn in 2022–2023 (activity down ~30%), Arcadie returned to growth: +3% in 2024, +7% in 2025 and about +10% year-to-date. It reports 104 employees and 2025 revenue of €19.7 million. Arcadie follows a holacratic management model and is converting to a Scic to lock reserves and broaden ownership to stakeholders. Operationally it is finalizing a new 4,422 m2 ecodesigned production site as part of a €15 million industrial investment intended to double volumes over the next ten years and improve working conditions and automation.
