Bliss provides an AI-driven platform to support brokers in the distribution of corporate health plans to SMEs, automating operational tasks such as quote generation, product comparison, and policy issuance. At the center of its offering is an AI agent called Fátima that navigates sector systems, reduces manual work and helps mitigate fraud. The company says brokers using the platform can increase sales four to five times in their second year of use. Bliss reached breakeven at the end of the previous year and operates in a Brazilian market the article estimates at about R$300 billion annually, with roughly 25% population coverage. Planned near-term priorities include geographic expansion to other Brazilian capitals (including Rio de Janeiro and Brasília) and scaling product and engineering teams to consolidate its automation platform.
