Its long-term care division recorded a 1,000% revenue increase and turned profitable after 18 months of operation. 케어닥 is rolling out a new residential care product, “케어닥 케어홈,” with a second location opening next month and a plan for 30 facilities by next year. The firm is partnering with multiple construction and development firms (HDC아이앤콘스, 기린종합건설, STS개발) and preparing joint-venture senior-town projects with major corporate shareholders including Lotte Hotel. 케어닥 aims to build a nationwide caregiver supply network and secure up to 20,000 senior housing units by 2030.
