Airobot spun out of Professor Han Jae-kwon's robotics lab at Hanyang UniversityERICA and develops bipedal humanoid robots. Its product lineup includes the Alice4 humanoid, a welcome robot called Amy, and a companion robot named Eddy. The company has honed its technology by participating annually in RoboCup. Alice4 uses an in-house developed 250W-class actuator that the company expects will significantly lower humanoid robot selling prices. CEO 엄윤설 (Eom Yunsul) has positioned humanoid robots as a solution to productivity declines from demographic shifts. Financially, Airobot recently closed a seed financing of 35억원 (KRW 3.5 billion).

케어닥 launched in 2018 as an app-based caregiver matching service and has expanded into homecare services, visiting long-term care centers, and senior housing. The company operates a combined care business covering both insured and uninsured services and has surpassed KRW 150 billion in cumulative transaction volume as of November. Its long-term care division recorded a 1,000% revenue increase and turned profitable after 18 months of operation. 케어닥 is rolling out a new residential care product, “케어닥 케어홈,” with a second location opening next month and a plan for 30 facilities by next year. The firm is partnering with multiple construction and development firms (HDC아이앤콘스, 기린종합건설, STS개발) and preparing joint-venture senior-town projects with major corporate shareholders including Lotte Hotel. 케어닥 aims to build a nationwide caregiver supply network and secure up to 20,000 senior housing units by 2030.
